Privacy policy

NIL Financial Playbook ("we", "us") runs nilfp.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, the role you select, and a securely hashed password.
- Course activity: which modules you complete, quiz and exam scores, and certificates.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount, but never see or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Messages you send us through the contact or schools forms.
- Site usage: pages visited, the site that referred you, and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). By default this is anonymous: we don't use cookies for it and don't store your IP address.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat that as declining analytics cookies.
How we use it
To run your account and courses, process purchases, answer messages, and understand which pages and outreach are working so we can improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Railway), our email provider, and Google Analytics if you accept cookies. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Account and course records are kept while your account is open. Raw site-usage records are deleted after about 13 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information tied to your account by emailing support@nilfp.com.
Young users
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
